British Masters Showing Championships
I’m not exactly sure how, but all of a sudden it’s September! This weekend we headed over to one of our favourite venues, Croft Top Equestrian Centre near Accrington for the British Masters Showing Championships. It was a fabulous show with . I loved the patriotic feel it had, from union jack bunting to presentation displays and rosettes. I’m also really excited that we have already been booked for this show in 2018 (Saturday 8th September 2018).
There were two rings, inhand classes outdoor and ridden classes outdoor. However, the wind really picked up and ended up being horrendous, so the inhand classes were later brought inside! The quality of horses forward at this show was really brilliant, the supreme line up was very strong indeed!
The overall supreme in show was taken by this gorgeous Welsh A Stallion who had bags of attitude and was a total showman the whole day!
The overall reserve supreme in show & ridden supreme was a Welsh D stallion who was also completely beautiful:
The first reserve supreme in show was an extremely pretty palomino Welsh A lead rein. So all in all, a very welsh line up!
We were very pleased to sponsor the Young Handler Championship which was won by this young man pictured:
We gifted a personalised bag to the winner of this championship and we loved how excited he was about this prize 🙂
