Q) When will the images be online?
A) At most events we upload the images whilst at the show. However, sometimes the WiFi signal isn’t good enough or if we are not printing on the day, this will not be the case. I begin uploading the images when I get home and sometimes don’t finish uploading them until 4am. Please note, they will be going on the website as quickly as possible – I can’t wait for you to see your images either! Usually the galleries will be made in advance so you should be able to keep checking back until they are online, it is really rare that the images won’t be on by late the same evening or early the next morning.
Q) How will I get my digital file?
A) All digital files are sent via email, this is so when you receive them they are cropped, straightened and colour corrected. If I am at home, I try to send all orders as soon as possible, sometimes if I am out or asleep it may obviously be a little longer. However, if you have not received your images within 24 hours please drop me an email in case they have got lost.
Q) How long do print orders take to arrive?
A) I try to send all print orders as soon as I can, however please allow up to 5 working days.
Q) I attended an event a long time ago but the images are no longer on the website, am I still able to view them?
Yes absolutely, please drop us an email with the name and year of the show as well as any other information that we might be able to identify you with (e.g. classes if you can remember them, colour/type of horse etc). I’m more than happy to re-upload them for you to have a second look.
Q) I have not received an account confirmation email and I am unable to continue to check out. What should I do?
These emails occasionally make their way into junk or spam folders so they may be in there. They also do sometimes seem to disappear in to cyberspace entirely. If this is the case, please drop me a message or email, I am able to easily confirm this from the admin side of the site for you and will do that as soon as I see your message.

High Resolution File – £15 each or £60 for ALL images of one horse and rider combination from one event. (E.g. if you compete in multiple classes/dressage test/round on the same horse)
